This Payment & Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to all services provided by SBA JOB, a company duly registered in the Netherlands, and governs all financial transactions conducted through our website and service channels. By proceeding with any payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set forth herein.
This Policy forms an integral part of our Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between this Policy and other contractual documents, this Policy shall take precedence with respect to payment and refund matters.
SBA JOB accepts payments through a range of trusted and internationally recognised payment platforms, as well as local Dutch banking channels. Clients may select the method most convenient and accessible to them. All payment channels are vetted for security and regulatory compliance.
All payment channels are operated by regulated and internationally recognised financial service providers. Cryptocurrency transactions via Binance, MoonPay, and BitPay are processed at the exchange rate applicable at the time of payment confirmation. SBA JOB accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations. Dutch bank transfers are processed in Euros (EUR) in accordance with SEPA standards.
SBA JOB distinguishes between different categories of fees. The following table sets out the refundability of each fee category clearly and unambiguously:

Translation and notary fees are disbursements paid directly to independent third-party service providers. Once instructed, these services cannot be reversed, and SBA JOB cannot recover such costs on your behalf. We therefore have no legal basis to refund these fees under any circumstances.
To request a refund of the service fee, the client must submit a written request to SBA JOB via email, clearly stating the grounds for the refund, the transaction reference number, and the date of payment. Requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the original payment date.
Upon receipt of a valid request, SBA JOB will review the claim and communicate its decision within 7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original PayPal account used for payment within 5โ10 business days, subject to PayPal's processing times.
SBA JOB reserves the right to reject refund requests where services have been substantially commenced or delivered, or where the request does not meet the conditions outlined in this Policy.
SBA JOB encourages clients to contact us directly before initiating a dispute or chargeback through PayPal. Most payment issues can be resolved promptly and amicably through direct communication.
In the event that a PayPal dispute is opened, SBA JOB will cooperate fully with PayPal's Resolution Centre and provide all relevant documentation to defend the transaction. Opening an unjustified chargeback may result in the suspension of services and potential recovery of costs incurred.
SBA JOB does not store, process, or have access to your payment card details or banking information. All sensitive financial data is handled exclusively by PayPal in accordance with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliance requirements.
Personal data collected in connection with payment transactions is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Dutch and European data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
SBA JOB reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time. Amended versions will be published on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy. Clients are encouraged to review this page periodically.
