How It Works
Our Recruitment Process
1
Submit Your Information
Provide your personal details, qualifications, work experience, and preferred country. No fees are required at this stage β€” we only need your information before the interview.
2
Interview
You will be invited to an interview conducted by SBA JOB on behalf of the employer. This is an essential step in matching you with the right job and country.
3
Pay Service Fee & Begin Documentation
After a successful interview, you pay the SBA JOB service fee of €150. We then guide you through the required documents. Note: notary, translation, and embassy fees are separate third-party costs not included in our fee.
4
Work Permit Application
We coordinate the work permit application process according to the legal requirements of your destination country. The employer also participates in this process where required by law.
5
Approval & Travel Preparation
Upon permit approval (45–90 days), you prepare for departure. Flight tickets are arranged and paid by you. Health insurance will be provided by your employer upon arrival.
6
Start Working
Arrive at your destination and begin your employment. SBA JOB remains available for post-placement support from the Netherlands.

Are there any other costs I should be aware of?

Yes. While our service fee is €150, the following are additional third-party costs that are not included and are paid directly by you:

When do I pay the service fee?

The service fee is only collected after a successful interview. You are not required to pay anything before or during your interview. We only need your personal and professional information before the interview stage.

What does "insurance provided by employer" mean?

Your health insurance will be arranged and covered by your employer once you begin employment in the destination country. This is standard practice in the Netherlands, Denmark, France, and Poland, where employers are legally obligated to provide or contribute to employee health coverage. SBA JOB does not charge you for this β€” it is a benefit of your employment contract.

Does SBA JOB handle the work permit application for me?

SBA JOB coordinates and guides the work permit process. However, the permit application is legally submitted either by your employer or by you (depending on the country's requirements). We will clearly explain each step and what is required of you. SBA JOB is a recruitment agency β€” not a licensed immigration law firm. For complex legal situations, we recommend consulting a qualified immigration lawyer in the destination country.
